We have a very good experience in organising Roadshows in Switzerland,UK, France, Belgium to introduce clients to over 100 institutional investors throughout a weekly European tour.
Covering the financial centres, we will select the target audience, wether the company is looking for participants in a present or future financing or simply wishes to introduce European institutions to its stock. While generally activity is focused around a formal luncheon presentations, we will also arrange one to one meetings if appropriate. To the following effect, I assume responsibility for ensuring that all necessary regulatory requirements in arranging these meetings and presentations to European institutions are complied.
